In this class, we’ll focus on making one flower block and one vine/leaf block—giving you the skills and confidence to keep going on your own. All cutting should be done before class so we can make the most of our time sewing together. Sewing machine in good working order.
Rotary cutter with sharp blade.
General sewing supplies – scissors, pins, snips, seam ripper, bobbins, rulers, new needle, starch, etc.
Frixion or some other type of erasable pen.
Please put your name on all rotary cutters, rulers, and all other notions that you bring to class.
BEFORE CLASS: Before class, students will need to have purchased fabric and completed cutting for the flowers, leaves, and vines. Melissa will reach out to registered participants a week prior to class to see if you have any questions or need assistance preparing for class.
