Uptown Bag with a Big City Twist
The Uptown Bag is the perfect bag to start your obsession. The Uptown Bag is the perfect travel or overnight bag. You will love it so much you will want to make one for everyone in your family. We will be adding some extra embellishments options to give this bag a Big City Twist. Take your bag from “wow” to “WOWZA”. The bag measures 17” wide x 8” deep x 14” tall. Sewing machine needs to be heavy enough to sew through several layers. Teacher: Kelly Preston; Day/Dates/Time – This class meets three times: Wednesday, March 26, April 2, & 9, 2025; 6 to 9 pm. Pattern: City Bags – Uptown by Aunties Two (includes structural stays); 30-inch Zipper with Double Slides; Bosal’s In-R-Form Plus (54 inch x 58 inch); Dritz Turning Tool; Acrylic Bottom; By Annie 1/8 inch Double Side Basting Tape; Basic Supplies: Walking Foot; 50wt Coordinating Thread(s); Thread Snips; Rotary Cutter; 6 inch x24 inch Long Ruler; Chalk Pencil or Sew Line or Frixion Pen (to mark on fabric); 90/14 Needle; Seam Ripper; Steam Iron; Wonder Clips; Pins; 16 inch x 24 inch Carpenters Framing Square
